MastersRecruiting
was originally formed from the need for an
all-inclusive and highly competent recruiting services firm. We
began by providing Recruiter Training & Education Services and quickly
found ourselves being asked to advise and assist with operational
aspects of recruiting firms. Through the many business
relationships we have formed over the years, staffing assignments
quickly followed - from simple single-position searches to multiple
personnel staffing projects and contract/temporary requests.
While highly successful
in the placement and consulting areas, we found ourselves continuing to
develop our focus on the training aspect of the business. Due to
training and speaking engagement obligations, we began turning down
staffing requests and consulting projects. If we couldn't focus
100% of our efforts on an assignment, we wouldn't accept the
responsibility.
After a short time, we
were back to 100% training and education for the recruiting profession.
The on-site and public training sessions were popular, and profitable,
but more and more requests were for just the training textbooks, which
were not available at that time. This was shortly after the
economic downturn in 2001 and training expenses were one of the first
items to be reduced, or cut altogether. We chose to re-engineer
the training programs to be self-taught manuals available for direct
purchase at a far lesser cost and have not looked back since.
This one decision may
have been the one that kept us in business while many others failed.
Today we
continue to provide perhaps the finest and most comprehensive recruiter
training program available to the staffing industry.
